REAPSouth Training (Rapid Entry Advance Plan)
 
We have a heart for the people of Peru.Your prayers are requested for Gini Crites, Wendy Houston, Al Johnson, Bob Marquis, Ann Thompson and Pastor Ron as they attend “church planting” training August 3-6 at Atlanta Christian College in GA.
This training will prepare all of SMBC to prayerfully enter into a 3-5 year commitment to “reach the un-reached” among those we are led to in Peru.  Training includes the basics of indigenous church planting principles, animism, syncretism, spiritual warfare and storycrafting (Bible storying), which equips participants to train others back home.
 

REAPSouth is a “volunteer-intensive” church planting strategy among indigenous peoples with the goal to leave behind healthy, self-sustaining churches that reproduce themselves.

·         Are you willing to “catch a vision” of how the Lord might use YOU?

·         Will you seek God to discover how YOU can be used in the workof the Great Commission?    

Watch for HIM!  HE will bring YOU opportunities to be involved directly in HIS kingdom work.

 

God yearns for the nations to know Him.  He is not willing that any would perish.
